nutri.codes offers an online platform that enables users to create and manage QR codes for the presentation of nutritional information, ingredient lists, and allergens in accordance with legal requirements. The platform includes the generation of QR codes as well as the provision of an automatically translated and privacy-compliant landing page where the stored information can be accessed.

Scope of Services

• Creation and management of QR codes via the nutri.codes platform.
• Provision of a digital landing page that refers to the data stored in the QR code.
• Automatic translation of the landing page into multiple languages.
• Ability to update product information without changing the QR code.
• Compliance with legal requirements for retention periods as well as data protection and data security.

Prices and Payment Terms

The prices for using the nutri.codes platform are based on the current price list, which is available on our website at Pricing. Price changes will be communicated to users in a timely manner and do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

Terms of Use

• The user provides the required data, such as nutritional information, ingredient lists, and allergens.
• nutri.codes assumes no liability for the accuracy or completeness of the data entered by the user.
• Use of the platform is subject to the applicable legal requirements in each case.

Availability and Support

nutri.codes guarantees a platform availability of 99% on an annual average. Availability is measured on the basis of a calendar year; scheduled maintenance periods are excluded.

Scheduled maintenance work will be announced at least 48 hours in advance and will preferably be carried out outside of normal business hours to minimize the impact on users.

In the event of a platform disruption, nutri.codes will begin problem resolution promptly.

The availability guarantee does not apply to outages caused by:

• Force majeure
• Attacks on the IT infrastructure
• Errors caused by the user
• External technical problems (e.g., internet provider)
